Ingredients: serves 1


Method:

  1. Blend the fruit, sugar and a little water in a food processor.
  2. Sieve the mixture into a saucepan, using a wooden spoon to press through all the fruit, until there are only seeds left in the sieve.
  3. Bring to the boil for 1 minute until smooth and glossy.
  4. Cool, then refrigerate.
