Strawberries in raspberry sauce

Ingredients: serves 3 - 4


Method:

  1. Push the raspberries through a sieve with a wooden spoon and add a little icing sugar to taste if desired.
  2. Add the strawberries and mix well.

Recipe tips:

Scottish strawberries are in season from May to September and other summer berries are available during June to August.
