Strawberry fool

Ingredients: serves 4


 
Method:

  1. Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice into a mixing bowl and crush everything together with a fork to make a roughly chopped berry mix.
  2. Stir the crème fraîche into the berry mix then stir the crushed Amaretti biscuits into the mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
