Seasonal crumble

Ingredients: serves 4

 
Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C / Gas Mark 5.
  2. Rub the flour, muscovado sugar, almonds, butter and baking powder together using your fingers. (Do not over mix)
  3. Place the cooked fruit in the bottom of a greased dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
