Chicken mayonnaise

Ingredients: serves 1 - 2


Method:

  1. Chop up some leftover chicken and place into a bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to coat the chicken and a curry powder to taste.
  2. Mix well and season if necessary.

To serve:

Serve as a topping for jacket potatoes or as a sandwich filling.
