Chicken Salad à la Brita

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken, pineapple and carrots into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the curry powder and peas.
  3. Fold in the mayonnaise and sour cream.

 
Serve:


Serve in a bowl decorated with salad leaves.
