Tartare of salmon

Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. Place chopping board in the freezer for 30 minutes before starting the preparations. Remove once frozen.
  2. Finely chop the salmon into a fine dice on the frozen board and place aside in a bowl of ice.
  3. In another bowl mix chopped apple, ½ shallot, ½ olive oil and salt and pepper.
  4. Now mix the salmon with the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper, shallot and chopped chives.

To serve:

Place salmon in the center of the place and place the diced apple on top. Eat straight away.
