Baked bananas with chocolate sauce

Ingredients: serves 1


Method:

  1. Pre heat oven 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Wrap each banana (whole with skin on) in tin foil. Place in oven and bake for 12mins.
  3. Remove blackened banana from foil.
  4. Split banana skin open and slip squares of chocolate inside the banana.
  5. As chocolate melts to sauce, serve banana hot (still in blackened skin like a canoe!) with a spoonful of crème fraiche.
