Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Pre heat oven 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Brown beef in oil with onions and season. De-seed and slice peppers and add to pan to sauté.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and casserole in an ovenware dish for 1 hour.
  4. Finish with blended cornflour to thicken if required, return to oven for 5 minutes to cook out flour.

To serve:

Serve with Pasta.

This dish can also be made using lamb or pork.
