Speedy cheesy pasta

Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. Place pasta in a saucepan half full of boiling water. Bring back to boil, give it a stir to separate pasta and simmer for approx 10 minutes, checking the times on the packet depending on the size of your pasta.
  2. Drain pasta and return to cooker. Reduce heat to a low temperature and 'shake' pasta in pan to remove any excess water.
  3. Add crème fraiche (or cream) and cheese. Season and stir. The cheese will melt and you will have an express cheesy pasta all in one pan!
