Chilli Beef:
  1. In a pan heat the oil gently and add onions and garlic to soften. Do not burn.
  2. Add mince, chillies and seasoning. Stir with wooden spoon to brown mince
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until meat is cooked and all the flavours combined.

Optional Garnish:
  1. Serve with soured cream, cheeses and nachos.

Recipe tips:

Frozen raw meat and fish can be defrosted, cooked thoroughly, and frozen again. However, foods can never be reheated more than once.
