Chinese stir-fry & noodles

Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Stir fry onion, pepper and courgette with oil and ginger for 5mins.
  2. Cook noodles according to label on packet
  3. Add rest of ingredients to stir-fry.
  4. Cook for a few minutes (covered if possible) and serve with noodles.

Try buying your vegetables loose so you can buy exactly how much you need.
