Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Wash and chop up fresh fruit in a bowl, removing the cores and any discoloured bits.
Add chopped dried fruit and stir together.
Cut up the ginger into fine slivers and add the ginger and juice. Stir.
Taste. If the mixture is a little tart you can add a drizzle of honey.
Divide between 4 bowls and top with crème fraiche option and a few grapes or set-aside fruit chunks.
