Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. Take each rasher of bacon and cut in half (crossways).
  2. Pre-heat grill pan / wok and dry fry meats until par-cooked.
  3. Add apple to pan and continue cooking until meats completely cooked.
  4. Finally glaze pan with a swirl of honey and jelly and serve immediately.
  5. Serve on heated plates with poached eggs to side (optional).
