Juiced blitz - smoothy with yoghurt

This makes an exceptionally healthy cooler for 4 but can be stretched to make a thinner iced drink for more people by adding extra crushed ice.

Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Rinse any berries in a colander or sieve to remove any soil etc.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender beaker (in 2 batches depending on size of beaker).
  3. Blitz and froth with hand blender wand until smooth.
  4. Pour over ice in tumblers and top with any remaining fruit.
