Heat oil in saucepan over a medium heat and soften onion and garlic.
Add the other vegetables apart from the cabbage and continue cooking, stirring to prevent sticking.
Add stock to pan and stir. Add all remaining ingredients apart from the cabbage.
Place lid on pan and simmer gently for a total of 10-12 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the pasta cooked. For the last 5 minutes of the cooking time add the cabbage.
