Seafood with pesto

Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C /400°F / Gas Mark 5.
  2. Brush fish with honey then a light spread of pesto. Scatter with crumbs.
  3. Season with pepper and oven roast on a baking tray for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

To serve:

Serve with crusty bread or bruschetta.
