Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Soak skewers in water to prevent charring.
  2. Halve each rasher of bacon and roll up a section of banana in a flattened portion of bacon and thread skewers alternately with sausage and bacon roll.
  3. Brush with the dressing of mustard, sauce and oil. Cook under a pre-heated grill until well browned and sizzling - about 5 minutes, turning once.

You will need approx 4 skewers, depending on size.
