Smoked seafood Dauphinoise

Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Preheat oven 190°C /400°F / Gas Mark 5.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes in an oiled ovenproof dish, interleaved with flakes/scraps of fish, along with cream, butter and seasoning. Top up dish with a little milk if necessary.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until dish bubbles and potatoes are soft.

To serve:

Serve with salad.

Recipe tips:

Potatoes can be frozen. Par boil and then remove, chill and freeze in an air tight bag or similar container.
