Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. Dry fry mince in a pan until browned.
  2. Season and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer meat sauce for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile boil pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and return to pan.

To serve:

Serve either combined or on bed of pasta with sauce on top. Best with a side salad.
