Kid's shark infested spiced mince

Ingredients: serves 4


Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic on a medium heat in a saucepan. Add mince and brown thoroughly.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, apart from bread - and gently bubble for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time to prevent sticking. Add a little water only if necessary.
  3. Toast bread and cut into small triangles. Arrange "shark fins" on mince.

Recipe tips:

Can also be made with lamb or turkey mince.
