Tomato sauce

Ingredients: serves 2


Method:

  1. To make sauce, heat oil in small pan and cook onion with garlic until soft and translucent.
  2. Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer gently for approx 5 minutes until the tomatoes are reduced and the sauce thickens. Set aside.

To serve:

Perfect for pizza topping, or add to boiled pasta for an instant meal.

Recipe tips:

Allow 75g of dried Neopolitan pasta per person.
