| chris Regular User Joined on: 31/08/2009 Posts: 1 | When cooking with some liquid ingredients, such as coconut milk, I often have some left over, if it is not all used in the recipe. Any extra gets put into ice cube trays and then into the freezer so that it can be used the next time. When frozen they can be emptied into a freezer bag to make them easier to get out again. |
