Quick and easy pasta sauce

If you have cream cheese nearing its use by date you can make a really quick pasta sauce with it, just melt it on a gentle heat and add any other little bits you have left over such as chicken, chorizo, peppers, tomatoes etc. A really tasty dinner in 20mins!!
